Gout treatment – clean up the uric acid disposal channels

Now day’s eating all those processed foods like burgers and refined foods add the chaotic up side down lifestyle. These foods push the liver and kidneys beyond their level and capacity and weak the ability of these two organs to digest these foods. And then the liver and kidney could not properly eliminate the uric acid and purines. You should focus on learning how you can regenerate capacity of liver and kidneys. There are two channels in the human body that clean up the uric acid and purines. These two channels are kidneys and liver. If there is too much urea in your body because of your high protein food this urea will burden the liver and kidneys. Urea is product of amino acid breakdown. Other toxic elements are also take place in these two disposal channels. And this will much decrease the clearance rate of uric acid and purines. Cherry and other foods and even medications can never lower down uric acid for forever.

You should always eat light food, light food means that food which digest properly. Do not eat heavy food, heavy foods are those foods which makes you feel tired and because needs more blood flow for the digestion and that time blood is not circulated properly in the brain and then it makes you feel tired and sleepy. Heavy foods are red meat, high fat foods and high carbohydrate foods.

On the other hand when you eat light food, it will make you feel fresh and recharge. Usually light foods are vegetables and fruits. And these light foods easily digested and makes you feel hungry after some time. You should keep in mind all this information during gout treatment.
